Entrance Fees
The responsibility of maintaining the Hundru Waterfall tourist site is being done by Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited, Ranchi (JTDC). Therefore, for the development of this tourist place, an entry fee of only Rs 10 is charged for every person above 5 years for the maintenance cost.
Car Parking
• A fee of Rs.25 has been fixed for motorcycle and car parking. A fee of ₹ 100 has been fixed for six-wheelers. Which has to be taken from the ticket counter at the entrance. This keeps the vehicles of tourists coming here safe.
Food and Drink
• Complete facilities for food and drink have been kept around Hundru Falls. There are many such shops from where you can buy water bottles or other food items.
Rope-Way(Zip Line)
A ropeway has been built to view the Hundru Falls from above. With the help of this one can see the wonderful view of Hundru Falls from above.
For this, the per-person fee has been kept at ₹ 300. Its use can be dangerous. Therefore some guidelines have to be followed for its use. And even people suffering from some serious diseases cannot use it.
Best Time To Travel
This tourist place can be visited throughout the year except during the rainy season. But the most suitable season is between October to March. Because there is no problem with rain and heat in these months. Due to this, there is no problem with floods and no more heat. So the whole view looks amazing and captivating.
Hundru Falls Viewing Time
To see Hundru Fall, the time has been fixed from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Meanwhile, the gate remains open. After that, the entrance is closed. By 5:00 pm everyone has to leave Hundru Falls.
