Jagatjit Palace In Kapurthala Near Pushpa Gujral Science City Punjab Tourism: Jagatjit Palace popularly known as Sainik School, was constructed by HRH Maharaja Jagjit Singh, the King of Kapurthala between 1900 and 1908.

The ‘Jagatjit Palace’ also boasts ancient artifacts from France, Italy, and Holland.

The ‘Plaster of Paris’ sculptures and ceiling paintings reflect the characteristics of French art and architecture. The construction work of the palace started in 1900 and it was completely completed in 1908.
