A dramatic mountain waterfall is visible from the road, as well as from a viewpoint with a picnic area.

Meghalaya has so many waterfalls large and small. For every famous and named waterfall there must be at least 10 smaller ones only the locals have named.

Being a very wet state, meaning low clouds wash over the landscape much of the year, it is not at all certain you will see the entire waterfall.

You might see one, but the next one might be lost in the clouds. Weather changes quickly here, and is very localized, but this one you will enjoy in its entirety and even without a drop of rain.
