With the WhatsApp chatbot, you can easily buy metro tickets or recharge your metro card. In addition, you will also get the metro’s timetable, route map, fare, and other information on the WhatsApp chatbot.

Currently, the convenience of WhatsApp chatbot is only available in four cities. These cities include Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad metro. Users in these four cities can book tickets or recharge cards through the WhatsApp chatbot.

How to use WhatsApp for Metro Card recharge?

To recharge your metro card using WhatsApp, you will first need to activate the WhatsApp chatbot. Once the WhatsApp chatbot is activated, you will receive a URL to book your e-ticket.

  • For travelers living in Bangalore, you will need to activate the chatbot by visiting the link https://wa.me/+918105556677. Click on this link and send a message saying hello.
  • In Mumbai, e-tickets must be verified at Automated Fare Collection (AFC) gates.
  • For Pune and Hyderabad, you will need to send a “hi” message to https://wa.me/+918105556677.
