Hello friends, today once again I will introduce you to a lovely place just 25Km away from IIT Kharagpur. The name of this place is Pratyusha Park, yes friends you must have seen many of their videos on YouTube.
About Pratyusha Park
Twenty years ago, the Keshiary Panchayat Samiti took the initiative to build a park in the area, but it was not implemented due to several reasons. This eco-friendly park has been created under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Project.
On the way from the Keshiary bus stand to Kulbani, just one and a half kilometers away, one can see one of the eco-parks of the Midnapur district. The administration’s dream project is this ‘dawn’ park.
Not only for sightseeing, but the park has also enhanced the culture and economy of rural Bengal. The various projects under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Project have been decorated with flowering trees and green grass. He said, “This park, built by the block administration for the entertainment of children in rural areas far away from Kharagpur, is quite commendable.”
Inside Of The Pratyusha Park
Let us now know what is inside Pratyusha Park. First, you will get a huge space for car parking,
then the entrance gate through which you have to enter and you will get a village model of MGNREGA.
Going inside a little in the Park, you will find the Aquarium House, in which many types of fish are kept in the aquarium. And if you like boating then you can also go boating here. But according to my experience boating is not safe because these people will not give you a life jacket. There is also a facility of toilets inside the park and a small café is also available in which you can eat or drink something. There is a small garden for children in which effigies of many cartoon characters are made.

This park is a good place to spend time with your friends and family, here you will find some birds like the Zoological Garden of Jhargram.
