Hyundai Verna On-Road Price Find Out the Latest and Most Accurate Information: Hyundai Motor India has launched its new-generation Verna sedan in the Indian market today, with an introductory price of Rs 10.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-spec SX (O) 7DCT variant is priced at Rs 17.38 lakh (ex-showroom).

The company has already received 8,000 bookings for the new-gen Verna, which is a testament to its popularity. Customers can easily book the new-gen Hyundai Verna online or at authorized dealerships by paying an initial amount of Rs 25,000.

Hyundai Motor India has reported almost 8,000 bookings for the 2023 Verna as of its launch date, with 41% of new Verna buyers being below 30 years of age, compared to 20% for the Creta. According to Tarun Garg, the Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai Motor India, this shows that the younger customer segment is attracted to the new Verna.

The introductory prices for the Verna 2023 range from Rs 10.90 lakh to Rs 17.38 lakh (ex-showroom), putting it in direct competition with models such as the Honda City, Skoda Slavia, Volkswagen Virtus, and Maruti Suzuki Ciaz.

The 2023 Verna offers two engine options, including the 1.5-liter MPi petrol engine (with 115PS of maximum power and 143.8Nm of peak torque) and the 1.5-litre Turbo GDi petrol engine (with 160PS of maximum power and 253Nm of peak torque).

The MPi petrol engine can be paired with a 6-speed MT or an IVT automatic, while the Turbo GDi petrol engine comes with 6-speed MT and 7-speed DCT choices.

The Hyundai Verna 2023 offers a mileage of 18.60kmpl for the 1.5 MPi MT variant, 19.60kmpl for the Verna 1.5 MPi IVT variant, 20kmpl for the 1.5 Turbo GDi MT variant, and 20.60kmpl for the Turbo GDi DCT variant.
