Delo Kalimpong Hotels Hills And Park: Deolo Hill, perched at an altitude of 2000 m. It is the highest point in Kalimpong, West Bengal which is located 10 km from Kalimpong Bus Station. It stands as one of the renowned tourist spots in the Kalimpong town. Delo Hill is located northeast of the town of Kalimpong.

The hill is 5590ft high and it is the highest point of Kalimpong town. You can reach Delo Hill directly from NJP station or Bagdogra airport. You may also visit there on a day tour from Kalimpong town.
Delo Hill is famous for its scenic beauty. The hill is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with nice and clean stone paths. You can enjoy the calm and quiet nature while walking through these paths. At the base of the hill, car parking spaces are available. You may observe small crowds during summer and winter, as this is one of the most popular picnic spots near Kalimpong town.

On top of Delo Hill, there is a tourist lodge available for overnight stays. The building of the tourist lodge is very beautiful and you can get a 360-degree view of the surrounding hills from this lodge. A four to five-minute walk is required to reach the tourist lodge from the base of the hill.
There is a picturesque park adjacent to the lodge, which merges into the large garden, dotted with many colorful flowers. There are swaying slides and horse riding facilities for kids. Additionally, there are souvenir stores that sell local products. You may enjoy shopping here and also take photos in local attire.
On a clear day, you can see the snow-capped Himalayan mountain range from this place. You will find many big and small trees at the back of the tourist lodge. From this hill, you can get a clear view of the Teesta River and Kalimpong town. Overall, this is a nice place for a one-night stay or a day tour.
