Easy Breakfast Recipe: How To Make Hyderbad’s Popular Spot Idli In 2 Minutes:
For making this dish, we need oil, onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste, tomato, salt, sambhar masala, coriander leaves, semolina and curd.
To start with, heat oil and add onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and cook everything together. Add tomato and salt and cook on low flame. Add coriander leaves, sambhar masala and mix.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add semolina, curd, salt, oil and prepare a semi-thick batter. Add water if needed. Add fruit salt in the batter.
Now, divide the tomato-onion mix in four portions. Add the batter on these four mixes and cook for a minute. Flip the side and cook for a while and serve hot.
